SMS Text Messaging Terms of Service

Millers Wholesale Flooring of East Tennessee, LLC, trading as Miller's Wholesale Flooring — Effective Date: August 20, 2026

These SMS Text Messaging Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the project-related text messaging program offered by Millers Wholesale Flooring of East Tennessee, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Program Description

Customers who affirmatively opt in may receive recurring text messages concerning:

• Estimate follow-up
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Installation or project communications
• Invoice notifications and payment reminders
• Customer-care replies

This program does not include advertising, coupons, sales announcements, or other promotional campaigns. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

2. How to Opt In

You may affirmatively opt in through any of these documented methods:

1. Website form. Visit our public estimate-request form, enter your mobile number, and voluntarily select the separate text-message consent box. The box is unchecked by default, and the form may be submitted without selecting it.
2. Verbal consent by phone. During a phone conversation, an authorized staff member asks whether you want project-related text messages and reads the disclosure below. Consent is recorded only after you clearly say yes.
3. Verbal consent in person. At our store or during a project conversation, an authorized staff member provides the same disclosure and records consent only after you clearly agree.
4. Written consent. You may sign or select a separate, optional SMS-consent statement containing the same disclosure. The related estimate, agreement, purchase, or service may proceed without SMS consent.

For every phone, in-person, or written opt-in, the staff member records the mobile number, consent method, employee, timestamp, attestation, and any supporting evidence note in our internal consent log before any text message is sent.

Providing a phone number, requesting an estimate, calling us, making a purchase, signing a flooring agreement, or receiving an invoice does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages. We do not send a text message asking for consent to a number that has not already opted in.

By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your estimate, project, and interactions with our business. You may receive multiple messages during a project or service engagement.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and service plan.

5. Opt-Out and Resubscription

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you subsequently reply START to restore your consent.

7. Delivery and Carrier Responsibility

Text-message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all devices or carriers may support every messaging feature.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information from the messaging program is collected, used, protected, and shared. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except service providers that support the delivery and operation of the messaging program.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this public page with a revised effective date.
