Millers Wholesale Flooring of East Tennessee, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use our website, request an estimate, communicate with us, or receive SMS/text messages from us.

Website and Estimate Information

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and phone number
Project information you provide, such as a service address, flooring interests, measurements, photos, and message content
Appointment, estimate, purchase, and customer-service records
Website and advertising attribution information, such as UTM parameters, Google click IDs (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), referring page, original landing page, and first-visit time

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide flooring estimates and services, schedule work, operate and secure our systems, improve our website, and understand which advertising produces genuine inquiries, booked estimates, and completed jobs.

Analytics and Advertising Measurement

We use services including Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website activity and advertising performance. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical, usage, and advertising-attribution information under their own terms and privacy policies.

When a person submits a website estimate request, we may later report limited business outcomes to Google Ads so that we can measure whether an advertisement resulted in a qualified estimate or completed flooring job. This limited report may include:

A Google advertising click ID, when available
A normalized and SHA-256-hashed email address or phone number
The date and time an estimate was booked or a job was sold
The sale value for a completed job

We do not send the person's name, street address, project message, photos, referrer, landing page, or UTM campaign fields through this outcome-reporting process. We do not use this process to create or upload customer audience lists.

Hashing changes an email address or phone number into a standardized coded value before transmission. Google uses permitted identifiers to attempt to attribute the business outcome to an earlier advertisement and may retain and process the information according to its applicable terms and privacy policies.

Service Providers and Choices

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, customer-management, payment, analytics, and advertising-measurement systems. We limit sharing to information reasonably needed for those services. We do not sell or rent personal information.

You may choose not to submit an online estimate request and may contact us by phone instead. Browser settings and available Google controls may allow you to limit cookies or advertising personalization; doing so may affect some site functionality or measurement. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information we maintain, contact us using the information below, subject to legitimate legal and business record-retention needs.

The following provisions apply specifically to SMS and text-message communications.

Millers Wholesale Flooring of East Tennessee, LLC, trading as Miller's Wholesale Flooring, sends project-related SMS/text messages only after you affirmatively opt in through one of the consent methods documented in our SMS Terms:

Selecting the separate, unchecked text-message consent box on our public estimate-request form
Giving explicit verbal consent during a phone conversation with an authorized staff member
Giving explicit verbal consent in person to an authorized staff member
Signing or selecting a separate, optional written SMS-consent statement

For a staff-assisted opt-in, the staff member first provides the program disclosure described in our SMS Terms. Only after you clearly agree does the staff member record the mobile number, consent method, employee, timestamp, attestation, and any supporting evidence note in our internal consent log. No text message is sent before that record is created.

Providing a phone number, requesting an estimate, calling us, making a purchase, signing a flooring agreement, or receiving an invoice does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages. Website forms and service transactions may be completed without SMS consent.

Scheduling updates
Installation or project communications
Invoice notifications
Payment reminders
Customer service communications

Our text-message program does not include advertising, coupons, sales announcements, or other promotional campaigns.
